Cows ‘N Cabs: 13th Annual Event

Celebrating 13 Years of Giving Back in 2025

What started in 2011 with just over 300 attendees, 14 restaurants, and 16 wine and beer tables has grown into one of Central Florida’s premier food and wine charity events. By 2023, Cows ‘N Cabs welcomed over 3,000 guests, featured 50+ restaurants, and hosted 90 wine, beer, and spirits vendors, raising over ONE MILLION dollars for local charities.

Our Story

Founded by Dave & Tina Larue and John Rivers, Cows ‘N Cabs was built on a vision of giving back to the community through food, wine, and hospitality. Leveraging Dave’s role at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Tina’s organizational leadership, and John’s restaurant connections with 4 Rivers Smokehouse, the team created a meaningful tradition that continues to grow.

Now, thirteen years and twelve successful events later, Tina Larue and Liz McGlamery lead the event, ensuring each detail brings the event’s mission and magic to life.

Supporting Local Charities

Proceeds from Cows ‘N Cabs support children and families across Central Florida. Fifty percent of funds benefit 4Roots, while the remaining funds are distributed among organizations such as After-School All-Stars and Winter Park Day Nursery.
